MAJOR HOLIDAYS 2023
To encourage our team members to work during these busy times, we have a surcharge as an incentive which allows us to take on more visits. Please note during these times we do fill up.
PLEASE book early to assure your visits can be added to our schedule.
An additional $7 will be charged per regular visit &
an additional $20 per overnight during the following holiday dates:
Presidents Day Wknd (Feb 18-21)
Austin ISD Spring Break (Mar 9-20)
Easter (April 7-10)
Memorial Day (May 26-30)
July 4th (July 1-5)
Labor Day (Sept 2-5)
Thanksgiving (Nov 22-27)
Christmas/New Years (Dec 19, 2023-Jan 10, 2024)
*No refunds if leaving later or returning earlier than contracted.

Extensive Plant / Lawn Watering
Mileage outside of our area may be subject to an additional mileage charge

*Medications subject to surcharge - $5-$25 per visit (or overnight) depending on extent of meds

24 Hour Notice Required
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel a visit. If so, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Shorter notice will be subject to a full visit fee.
Thank you for understanding. Our Pet Sitters schedule their days around their jobs, and of course, also count on the income from the jobs.
