Our midday dog sitter gave us little notice due to a family emergency. I contacted LPC and received a call that same evening from Amy. We traded emails and were confirmed for a consult for the weekend. Lisa followed up via email a day later. 

We (my husband) are apprehensive about strangers in our home and guarded(me) when it comes to our girl (9 yr old catahoula shepherd mix). Amy is fantastic and the initial visit went famously. Everyone was super comfortable. I could tell that Amy had an almost instant connect with my dog.

I get midday pictures of their time together which I love. We are so so lucky to have Amy.

Katie and I just adore Lisa! I had a situation come up where I needed someone last minute over the New Year holiday. I have NEVER used a pet service before. Either Katie goes with me or she stays with her Granny in Houston. Seriously, I fly in and out of Houston solely so I can leave Katie with my mom. I didn't have any time for that this time. I spent the entire day before I was supposed to leave looking at boarding and pet sitting options. I read one million reviews (it felt like it, anyway). I kept coming back to Loving Pet Care and Lisa.

I finally bit the bullet and gave her a call at 4pm on Friday. Within seconds on that phone call I felt so comfortable with Lisa. She happened to be nearby so she stopped by for a meet and greet within the hour. After meeting with her I knew I picked the right person to care for the most important little girl in my life. You just know, you know? She took such good care of Katie. Lisa sent texts, videos and pictures the entire time. I was so relieved and pleased that I could enjoy my time away without constant worry! 

Lisa will be my go-to from now on. Katie and I are thrilled we found her. THANK YOU LISA!!

Hats off to Lisa and Loving Pet Care! We had a death in the family over the Fourth of July weekend and were scrambling to find boarding or house sitting for our two Aussies. Lisa responded immediately to our email request and kept working to help us out. We were able to get the pups' trainers to take them for the weekend but are so thankful that Lisa was there to try to help us out.

This was by far the best pet service we have ever used and we will only ever use them in the future! One of our pups is picky on what dogs he likes and doesn't like, so we really didn't want to board them and have him crated all day long or risk him having to be alone. I loved the at home care option Loving Pet Care offered. This let our dogs stay in the comfort of our own home, be together and not have to worry about them being around other dogs that my pup may not have been nice to. 

Will S. was our pet specialist and he was absolutely amazing!! I really can not say enough great things about him and the level of great service he provided us! We went out of town for 5 days and were a bit worried about leaving our pups for such a long time frame. Will came over the week before we left, met the pups, did a walk through of how their day is spent and made a great game plan for all of us.

Each and everyday, without having to ask, Will sent us a text with a wonderful update and a bunch of photos of our pups enjoying outdoor time as well as getting lots of ear and belly rubs! Needless to say our pups were in great hands with Will (and got spoiled just as much if we were there lol). We will absolutely use Loving Pet Care every time we travel in the future and we look forward to checking out the other services they provide too!!!

I have been using Loving Pet Care service since 2012. Kimberly has been the primary pet sitter that visits my kitties. I totally trust Kimberly with my kitties. She has administered insulin for one of my kitties and gives plenty of cuddles and play time in the 30 mins visits. She is very prompt in sending pictures to see how things are going. I am sad that I am moving to a location that she doesn't cover. For those looking for a pet sitter in the Far West, Crestview, Allandale area, Kimberly is it.

Hands down the best pet sitter we have ever had! Not only do they respond quickly, but they were willing to accept a last-minute cat sitting request during the holidays when we needed it most!! Lisa is so professional and organized, she came over to meet us/our cat, and took notes on where all the supplies were as well as our pet's regular hang-out spots and preffered toys. These guys are amazing!! Donna brought two of my pups to my wedding and then she took them back after the ceremony. She even stayed to walk them around to meet and greet with guests! Lisa is fantastic! I moved to Austin around 10 months ago without having the usual friends, family, vet that I relied on so much before when traveling to take care of my two senior dogs. I came across one of Lisa's ads and gave her a call to set up an appt to meet. My dogs immediately took to her. I've utilized her dog walking services on a regular basis ever since when traveling for work. My dogs seem perfectly content when I get home. She is great to work with, very flexible with her schedule (great for business travelers who often have delayed flights or extended business trips at the last minute) and she'll treat your pets as her own. I feel completely confident in her services when I go out of town and never have to worry about my dogs safety or well being. I know with her they are getting the best of the best when it comes to pet sitters. I would reccomend her to anyone who thinks of their pets as their family and wants to make sure they get the very best care.

Lisa provides absolutely excellent care, lots of love and attention to my little dog! My puppy is like my baby, and she just loves seeing and being around Lisa. I am grateful to have found Kimberly with Loving Pet Care! She has been an incredible life saver for our new puppy and our crazy schedules! Kimberly knows small breed dogs very, very well. As a matter of fact, I find that every time my little Havanese goes to her place for the day, he comes back better trained! Clearly, Kimberly loves animals and has been very supportive and loving to my new puppy! I know that Kimberly also does house visits and for pets that need just a visit a day I would trust her immensely and definitely call Kimberly. Lisa's Loving Pet Care is wonderful! The entire staff is comprised of accomplished, successful women who are true animal lovers and have made this their occupation. They are reliable, caring, and truly professional. 

 
Jennifer offers a wonderful service of overnight care for an incredibly low price. LESS than a kennel and my precious pets don't have to leave the security of their home. 

Jennifer doesn't just come and go at 8pm-8am like everybody else. She stays for 24hours. I had peace of mind knowing that my home was safe, my animals were well cared for, my plants were watered, and that my 'best friends' had lots of loving affection. I didn't have to traumatize them by taking them to a kennel or doggie day care, where they don't like being around dogs. No worry of diseases, stress, or abandonment issues, which is important for rescue animals, young and older dogs. I am amazed at the constant, and specialized attention she gave my pets. They are so excited to see her walk through the door. She is studying to be a wildlife rehabilitator, and knows first aid, and urgent care for animals. 

When her assignment was over and Jennifer was gone, I couldn't tell anyone had even stayed in my small house. My home was immaculate, and my space was well respected. I highly recommend this company and this service to anyone. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is impeccable!

This is a great local business. Kimberly took care of our cat while we were on a road trip. I normally would think it's silly to have 2 visits a day for a cat, but Gypsy is 14 and her sister passed away 3 weeks before our trip. So we splurged for 2 visits a day, and we are so happy we did! 

We got regular daily pictures/updates, and confirmations about our departure and return times. We were so worried to leave Gypsy alone for so long, and it really helped to have someone so attentive and communicative taking care of her.

When we got home, we expected the anger, confusion, and resentment Gypsy usually shows after we leave her in the care of a friend. Not this time! Gypsy actually seemed disappointed when we walked in the door instead of Kimberly. She ran over and waited by her toys until we unloaded the car. Gypsy got so much playtime while we were gone; now she's as playful as she was 10 years ago. Gypsy demands to have regular playtime every day now, and I know it's because Kimberly was so attentive to her. She's acting younger, and we're spending more time playing together. Win-Win.

Can't say enough great things about this service. The next time we leave for more than a day, we're asking Kimberly to come back. And we're getting 2 visits a day. I don't think Gypsy would settle for anything less.

This review is long overdue -- Kimberly with Loving Pet Care has been with our family for several years now, and our dog Ringo LOVES Kimberly! I never worry and always know our pup is in great hands when Kimberly is visiting for a mid-day walk/potty break. Kimberly is kind, professional, always punctual, and most importantly, trustworthy. My husband and I joke that our dog likes her more than us at this point!

After a bad experience with another pet sitting service, we were very hesitant to try another business. However, after several months, we decided to try it again. This is where Loving Pet Care came into the picture.

Loving Pet Care gifted us with the best sitter ever... Lori! She's not just a great sitter, she's an amazing person. Extremely kind and understanding. She sent very detailed texts with pictures every single time she visited our munchkins and she kept our house clean. Actually, we returned to a home that was cleaner than we had left it!!! All we can say about Lori is... wow, just wow. :)
